Lead Store Associate primary purpose of this position is to lead three or more employees in carrying out the main work assignments needed to successfully operate Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). The Lead Store Associate must possess in-depth knowledge of the various work practices, policies, procedures and operations carried out in a full-sized store.
