Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee Benefits or a related field (US Based).
English C1 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially: Responsibilities Gather census, claims, and plan information from current clients.
Prepare accurate and detailed client presentations using Excel and other reporting platforms.
Organize and submit requests to insurance carriers.
Manage the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, including: Tracking carrier questions.
Coordinating carrier responses.
Ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier sales representatives.
Develop and maintain knowledge of: Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
Industry terminology, regulations, and best practices.
