2. BBO & Modular Operations Coordinator
Operational glue between BuildShare's distributed builder network and the modular / robotic micro-factory layer. Runs the BBO (Builder Business Owner-Operator) recruitment pipeline, coordinates onboarding of factory partners, and matches project demand to factory capacity through our Demand Matching Engine. Maintains the Partner CRM clean across BBO, RoMi and Offsite verticals, supports the founding team on partner calls, and tracks weekly onboarding KPIs. Ideal for students or recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Business with construction-cultural fluency and strong organizational discipline. Full remote, Central / Eastern time overlap.
