Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Promote the company's products and services to individuals, businesses, and corporate clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly customer acquisition and sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct regular follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the company's CRM or sales database.
Execute field marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and promotional items.
Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, trade fairs, and community events.
Increase brand awareness within assigned territories.
Conduct market surveys and gather information on customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned locations.
Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.
Recommend strategies to improve product penetration and customer engagement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity and sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, and sales performance.
Track sales pipelines and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Requirements:
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven years of experience in field sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong persuasion and customer engagement abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
Valid driver's license and ability to ride a motorcycle or drive (where applicable) are added advantages.
