We are looking for an experienced Medical Biller who understands the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process and can independently manage claims, reduce Accounts Receivable (AR), resolve denials, and maximize reimbursements.

About the Role As a Medical Biller, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate claim submission, timely reimbursement, and efficient revenue cycle operations for our US-based healthcare clients.
You will work directly with provider offices and insurance companies to resolve billing issues and maintain healthy cash flow.
This is a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) position supporting US healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Submit clean claims electronically to commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Perform charge entry with a high level of accuracy.
Review and correct claim rejections before resubmission.
Follow up on unpaid claims and outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
Investigate and resolve insurance claim denials.
Prepare and submit appeals and reconsideration requests.
Post insurance and patient payments accurately.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits when necessary.
Reconcile patient accounts and identify billing discrepancies.
Communicate professionally with insurance representatives and healthcare providers.
Maintain productivity goals while meeting quality standards.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client policies.
Document all account activities thoroughly.
Qualifications Required
Minimum 3 years of recent US Medical Billing experience
Strong knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process
Hands-on experience with:
Claims Submission Charge Entry Payment Posting Accounts Receivable (AR)
Insurance Follow-Up Denials Management Appeals Eligibility Verification
Experience billing Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
