Responsibilities:
Data Extraction & Wrangling:
Query, clean, annotate and structure large datasets from various sources and databases.
Model Development:
Build, train, annotate and deploy advanced machine learning and predictive models.
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):
Perform deep-dive analytics to discover trends, uncover business opportunities, and solve development issues.
Testing & Validation:
Conduct A/B testing and evaluate model performance for accuracy and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Translate complex, quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Workflow Automation:
Continuously improve, optimize, and automate analytical methodologies and data pipelines.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of continuous, hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a highly quantitative data role.
Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in Python and standard data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
Modeling Knowledge:
Strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
Database Familiarity:
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate data-driven insights clearly.
Assessment:
Must be willing to complete a brief technical assessment as part of the interview process to demonstrate programming and analytical proficiency
