Descripción del Puesto
Responsibilities:
Manage fleet of heavy-duty cranes (mobile, tower, crawler) ensuring safety and uptime.
Source, negotiate, and close crane rental/contract deals with industrial clients.
Lead and mentor a team of operators, riggers, and maintenance staff.
Enforce compliance with Nigerian safety standards and site-specific protocols.
Coordinate logistics, maintenance schedules, and project planning across both locations.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, extend crane lifespan, and reduce emergency repair costs.
Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management, covering utilization rates, fuel consumption, project profitability, and incident metrics.
Enforce strict compliance with all regulatory permits, insurance requirements, and load-test certifications, ensuring zero lapses in legal or statutory obligations.
Requirements:
Minimum of a B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Structural preferred).
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience managing heavy-duty cranes (≥100-ton capacity).
Proven track record in sourcing and closing crane deals (rentals/sales).
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to work ONSITE in Port Harcourt and Lagos (travel between sites required).
Remuneration:
NGN 400,000
