About the Position: This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Multi-Service Market Office, Resource Management at Fort Carson, Colorado. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Performs contract administration, contract negotiation, and contract termination functions for Colorado Springs Military Health System (CSMHS). Supports contracting efforts for all contracting mechanisms/vehicles needed to support the CSMHS initiatives. Serves as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with responsibility for the planning, development, evaluation, and payment for various service contracts. Serves as the liaison between the contractors, customers, and the Contracting Officer.
