Responsibilities:
Plan and develop content ideas aligned with the company's marketing goals, target audience, and current social media trends.
Create engaging visual content by filming, editing, and producing high-quality videos, photos, and graphics for social media platforms.
Publish and manage content across relevant social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Monitor social media performance by tracking engagement, reach, and other key metrics, and use insights to improve future content.
Stay up to date with trends by identifying viral content formats, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to showcase products, services, customer success stories, promotions, and company activities through compelling content.
Drive audience growth and engagement by creating content that attracts followers, encourages interaction, strengthens brand awareness, and supports lead generation or sales objectives.
Requirements:
Proven track record of creating successful social media content.
Must provide examples of content, pages, or accounts you have grown or managed.
Strong video recording and editing skills.
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Ability to identify trends and quickly create relevant content.
Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera and directing others on camera.
Ability to work independently and consistently deliver content.
Interest in automobiles, business, or marketing is an advantage.
Must be willing to work on-site in Ijebu-Ode 3 days per week.
What Success Looks Like:
Creation of 3–5 quality videos per week.
Consistent growth in followers, reach, and engagement.
Increased brand awareness for RoadMech.
Viral and highly engaging content that attracts new customers.
Development of RoadMech into one of the most recognised automotive brands on social media.
