Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers.
Lead cloud implementation and migration projects across multiple cloud platforms.
Implement and migrate cloud environments on Alibaba Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Deploy and support cloud networking, identity management, security controls, and backup solutions.
Configure and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud-native services.
Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and access controls.
Support cloud security best practices and ensure secure cloud deployments.
Conduct solution testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and as-built documentation.
Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to customers after project completion.
Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices.
Ensure implementations comply with customer requirements, vendor recommendations, and security standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud migration, or enterprise solution implementation.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise cloud solutions.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud) and familiarity with others is preferred.
Strong understanding of: Cloud networking, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud security best practices, Backup and disaster recovery solutions, Virtualization technologies Strong understanding of networking concepts including: TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, DNS, and DHCP Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
