Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, installation, and setup of packaging machines and commercial ovens according to engineering specifications.
Testing & Commissioning: Conduct thorough operational tests, troubleshoot technical issues, and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished installations to ensure they meet our company's quality and reliability benchmarks.
Client Support: Provide basic operational training and technical guidance to clients upon installation completion.
Maintenance & Reporting: Perform routine pre-delivery inspections and maintenance on warehouse stock. Accurately complete installation and service reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery (e.g., packaging equipment, food processing machinery, commercial appliances, or related electromechanical systems).
A minimum of a Technical School Certificate, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field, is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical wiring diagrams.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as basic testing instruments.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
Highly reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work schedules diligently.
Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.
A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a keen eye for detail.
Good physical condition to handle heavy machinery and components.
Age: 18 - 35 years old.
