Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading branch operations, driving sales growth Managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintaining operational standards and delivering profitability.
Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff.
Build a high-performance culture focused on results.
Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and accountability across all departments.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily branch operations.
Ensure all company SOPs and standards are followed.
Monitor workshop, detailing, retail, and customer service activities.
Improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure excellent facility presentation and organisation.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive revenue growth across all service and retail categories.
Build relationships with fleet operators, businesses, and corporate customers.
Identify new business opportunities within the local market.
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives.
Monitor and improve sales conversion rates.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of HND 1 year of previous experience in a similar role Applicants must be willing to live and work in Ijebu-Ode.
