This position is for Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum, New York. FMWR includes Child and Youth Services, Business Recreation, and Support Services, which enable Soldier readiness, support the resilience and well-being of Soldiers and Families. Expertly mixes and serves a complete range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while managing all financial transactions, including recording sales and handling cash or charge payments. Maintains bar inventory by tracking beverage usage, submitting re-stocking requests, and verifying the quantity and description of all incoming supplies. Ensures the bar, utensils, equipment, and entire work area are kept in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition at all times. Uses tact and professional judgment to deny service to individuals who appear intoxicated or become unruly, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.
