Responsibilities:
Audit our current Zoho CRM setup.
Audit Make.com scenarios and automation flows.
Check lead capture from WhatsApp, website forms, email and phone calls.
Check whether leads are being correctly created/updated in Zoho CRM.
Check Google Ads offline conversion setup.
Check Enhanced Conversions for Leads setup.
Identify why some leads/conversions are not being captured or sent correctly.
Fix any issues found during the audit.
Test the full flow from lead capture to Zoho and Google Ads.
Provide a clear report showing what was checked, what was wrong, and what was fixed.
Recommend improvements to make the automation more reliable.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Zoho CRM.
Strong experience with Make.com automation.
Experience with Google Ads conversion tracking.
Experience with offline conversions and lead tracking.
Understanding of GA4 / Google Tag Manager is highly preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot automation issues carefully.
Ability to document findings clearly.
Good communication and attention to detail.
Google Ads campaign experience.
Experience with Enhanced conversions for leads.
Experience with CRM lead lifecycle tracking.
Experience with Deluge scripting.
Experience with Google Sheets, APIs, webhooks or Data Manager.
