This position is designated as SES, Career-Reserved. USDA structures its SES positions into position levels. This is a position level I with a salary range of $192,332 to $204,121 per year. Exceptions to the salary cap may be considered in certain circumstances. SES employees are also eligible to receive bonuses and performance-based awards. Provides executive leadership and guidance of the subordinate organizational functional activities related to pre-default, default, Direct and Guaranteed loan/grant servicing activities. Participates with the Director and aids in the development, implementation, and oversight of Servicing Office strategic and annual business plans to ensure organizational operational funding needs and goals are addressed . Ensures the effective management of accounting, fiscal, and financial operations of the organization.
