This position is located at a Service Unit within the Indian Health Service (IHS). The incumbent provides contract support, oversight, and technical expertise for service and supply contracts supporting facility operations. Provides guidance and assistance to program office staff on contracting office procurement lead times and assembly of complete procurement packages for submission to contracting office. Monitors contractor performance and promptly documents and reports contractor performance deficiencies, non-compliance issues, service interruptions, and disputes to the Contracting Officer. Establishes and maintains COR files and tracking systems in support of program staff and contracting office requirements. Prepare reports on contract status, performance trends, and financial data.
