The Transportation Officer is responsible for coordinating the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies to operational sites. The role ensures compliance with transportation regulations, company safety standards, and project schedules.

• Funções
• Coordinate transportation services for employees, visitors, and contractors
• Schedule and monitor vehicle movements to operational sites and camps
• Manage transportation requests and route planning
• Ensure vehicles are maintained, inspected, and compliant with company standards
• Monitor driver performance and compliance with road safety regulations
• Maintain transportation records, fuel consumption reports, and vehicle utilization data
• Coordinate emergency transportation requirements when needed
• Support logistics operations related to material deliveries and equipment mobilization
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and transportation procedures
• Investigate transportation incidents and prepare reports
• Requisitos

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

• Defensive driving or fleet management certification is advantageous
• Minimum 3 years of transportation or logistics coordination experience
• Experience supporting Oil & Gas, Mining, or large infrastructure projects preferred
• Fleet management systems
• Route planning and logistics coordination
• Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of transport regulations and HSE requirements
