- Job Duties
Coordinate the planning and execution of all activities related to visa, work permit, license, security pass, and other government-mandated processes.
Ensure the timely processing and completion of all immigration and regulatory documentation requirements.
Manage and oversee compliance with current government procedures, regulations, and legal requirements.
Liaise directly with government authorities and officials to facilitate approvals and resolve administrative issues.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant government stakeholders through regular face-to-face engagement.
Monitor changes in government policies and ensure organizational compliance with updated requirements.
Provide administrative coordination and supervision to support efficient processing of documentation and permits.
- Qualifications
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
Apply strong administrative and supervisory skills to manage workflows and ensure service delivery standards are met.
Utilize a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to effectively handle complex government relations and documentation processes.
