We offer payroll-deduction lending to employees of partner organizations, making credit simple, fast, and professional. We are looking for a driven Loan Officer to be the first point of contact for our borrowers

• Responsabilidades
• Receive and process loan applications from employees of partner organizations
• Conduct affordability and eligibility assessments
• Prepare loan agreements and coordinate e-signature or physical signing
• Set up and configure approved loans in our lending management system
• Refer all loan files to the Manager for approval prior to disbursement
• Maintain complete and audit-ready borrower files
• Work closely with our Collections Officer and Business Development team
• Qualificações
• Experience in banking, microfinance, or retail credit is an advantage

• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Professional communication in both Portuguese and English
• Honest, reliable, and comfortable using cloud-based software
