• Prepare and complete customer order forms for local customer orders
• Verify product quantities, pricing, and packaging details to ensure order accuracy
• Prepare and issue customer billing documents, including invoices
• Forward relevant billing documents to the warehouse team for order fulfilment
• Update and maintain customer product package records
• Monitor and update product stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records
• Verify product pricing and ensure billing accuracy
• Update and maintain customers' monthly order records
• Perform month-end stock closing and stock verification
• Monitor and record company vehicle mileage and maintain vehicle maintenance records
• Track and monitor customer net sales and collection records.
• Extract, compile, and maintain sales and collection data for reporting purposes.
• Assist in calculating customer profit margins.
• Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

• Promote and sell company products by identifying potential customers, establishing contact, and building long-term business relationships.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing product information, support, and guidance, while identifying new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and recommend product improvements.
• Provide quality customer service by addressing customer enquiries and needs professionally and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge through continuous learning, professional development, and networking.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collection in accordance with the company's credit terms and policies.
• Attend internal and external meetings, conferences, congresses, and other relevant events related to company products and disease areas to enhance product knowledge and support sales development.
• Assist laboratory technicians with sample collection for laboratory testing, including serology testing, when required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
