IMMEDIATE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR

Millenium Glotech Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced, responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor for a project-based construction position in Shah Alam, Selangor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure construction works follow approved drawings, specifications and work programme.
• Monitor workmanship, quality and work progress.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, defects and technical problems.
• Coordinate site inspections and rectification works.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Attend site meetings and inspections when required.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and site conditions.
• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating overall site activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience.
• Genuine hands-on construction site experience is required.
• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Able to coordinate workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for site activities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in government / JKR projects is an advantage.
• Willing to work at the project site in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Candidates without relevant construction/site supervision experience are NOT encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be able to clearly explain their previous construction projects, actual responsibilities and hands-on site experience during the interview.
