Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, controlling and monitoring plant preventive maintenance activities to ensure the machines and equipment's are working in good condition and at highest efficiency.
• Maximizing operation efficiency by focusing on resource utilization and employee training as well as continuous improvement.
• Maintaining and improving company Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and conduct company internal quality audits with a team of internal auditors.
• Motivating, counseling and training subordinates to obtain high quality work skills to meet daily operation requirements and to satisfy budgeted levels.
• Liaise with internal and external supplier for any preventive and breakdown maintenance service.
• Liaise with internal and external customer for any product quality issues.
• Responsible for approving subordinates matters such as leave application, issuing purchasing requisition notes for purchasing consumable goods, approving consumable stock request (from store), checking and auditing department-costing report.
• To plan and co-ordinate the department plant layout, equipment modification, capability planning, method and time study.
• To provide technical and engineering support for continuous improvement of existing process control, yield optimization and cost effectiveness.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and promoting safety awareness in the shop floor.
• Organize and schedule design work, production lead time to meet customer timescale, customer specifications and cost estimates.
• Ensure all the technical data, method of production and customer specification are communicate to all relevant departments.
• To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.

Experience & Personal Skills:

• Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years experience for Diploma holder in Mechanical / Material Engineering or its equivalent
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Good analytical & leadership.

Role Purpose

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–2 years of sales experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and develop new markets
• Inside sales and/or field sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills and able to handle pressure professionally
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overall company recruitment matters.
• To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / flyers / posters / colleges / career fair etc.
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and ISO audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes.
• Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
• Source and sort candidates according to specifications and time-frames established through social media, databases & etc.
• Partially involve in foreign workers matter
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters

General

• From time to time generate ideas and programs on specific HR aspects and propose to the management.
• To check and to arrange settlement of invoices from suppliers or companies HR deals with.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree holder in any field.
• Possess 2 year and above of experience in HR Generalist
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Advanced knowledge of HR2000 i-Payroll and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (eg: Excel, Word, Power Point).

About the role

We are seeking an Export Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at our facility in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our export sales growth and expanding our international market presence. As an Export Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new export opportunities, developing strategic business relationships with overseas clients, and managing the export process from initiation through to delivery. This role is integral to achieving our business objectives and establishing LB Aluminium Berhad as a competitive player in global aluminium markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and develop new export markets and business opportunities for aluminium products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors and business partners
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals, quotations and commercial offers to prospective overseas clients
• Coordinate with the customs and logistics teams to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and smooth shipment processing
• Manage export documentation including commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin and customs declarations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing to inform strategic business development decisions
• Liaise with production, quality assurance and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and product specifications meet client requirements
• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Negotiate contracts and terms with international buyers whilst ensuring profitability and compliance
• Track and report on export sales performance, market opportunities and business development activities

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, Engineering or a related field
• 1 to 3 years' experience in export sales, international business development or import/export operations
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations and international trade practices
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Mandarin or other Asian languages preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse client)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with international partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits
• Familiarity with aluminium or manufacturing industry operations (preferred)
• Knowledge of HS codes, tariff classifications and trade compliance (preferred)
