Telesales Representative

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to professionals responsible for hospital instrumentation, medical supplies, and equipment, including department managers, supervisors, and directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls following standard guidelines and scripts.
• Engage with key decision-makers to verify and gather accurate contact details.
• Keep precise records of call outcomes and notes in our CRM.
• Maintain high professional standards and phone etiquette on every call.

Schedule:

• 15–20 hours per week (Part-Time).
• Shift window: Monday–Thursday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST) | Friday (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST).
• Weekend and evening hours are not required.

Requirements:

• Prior outbound calling or telesales experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable with computers and data entry
• Strong listening and organizational skills
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

• Windows-based computer (Windows 10 or newer recommended)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (wired connection preferred)
• Minimum 8 GB RAM (12 GB recommended)
• Adequate storage space for business software
• Ability to install and run required applications
