About the Position: This position is under the Headquarters Logistics division located in Camp Foster, Japan. The initial length of this overseas tour is 24 months. This position is not covered by a bargaining unit. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement. Federal employees in Camp Foster, Japan are currently entitled to receive a 0% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. Ensure adequate controls are established to safeguard against over obligation of funds, fraud, waste and/or abuse. Perform a full range of first-level supervisory responsibilities to include planning work to be accomplished by subordinates; setting and adjusting short term priorities; and preparing schedules for completion of work. Perform on-site evaluations of transportation services as necessary to obtain safe, efficient and cost effective student transportation services from commercial contractors or military service transportation activities.
