You will supervise staff by assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, providing coaching, supporting professional development, resolving workplace concerns, and maintaining productive, accountable teams. You will collaborate with customers, managers, and technical specialists to address project needs, present recommendations, improve organizational processes, and support hiring, training, scheduling, and workforce planning.
