- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
- Supermarket Data Analyst
to help drive business decisions through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will analyze sales trends, inventory movement, customer behavior, and operational performance to improve profitability and efficiency across supermarket operations.
- Key Responsibilities
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
Monitor inventory levels and identify stock shortages or overstocking.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management.
Track product performance and pricing trends.
Support forecasting and demand planning.
Identify customer purchasing patterns and shopping behavior.
Work with procurement and finance teams to optimize stock management.
Develop KPIs for store performance and operational efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting databases.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Technology
, or a related field.
Experience in retail or supermarket analytics is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

- Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Understanding of retail KPIs and customer analytics.
