You will assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly, supervise daily operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, food preparation and cooking to consistent standards ​ - Supervise and support kitchen staff, assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow ​ - Manage inventory, check stock levels and place orders as needed ​ - Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food hygiene regulations and workplace health & safety rules ​ - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas and equipment ​ - Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent
