The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Field Support Branch, HQ Air Force Services Center (AFSVC). Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Filed Support Branch, ensuring that the Air Force Headquarters Air Force Services Center complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of management officials throughout the Air Force and civilian business communities. Analyzes installation past financial performance, historical trends, new program requirements, and current financial results to measure compliance with Air Force financial goals and objectives. Establishes, conducts, reviews, and controls the training program for all business and community activity managers, and appropriate staff.
