Job Description
- Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients or companies accurately and on schedule.
- Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, overtime, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and final payments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, PCB (MTD), HRD Corp, and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit all statutory contributions and monthly/yearly payroll reports within deadlines.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Process new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, unpaid leave, claims, and other payroll-related changes.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare payroll reports for management, finance, and audit purposes.
- Support annual payroll activities, including EA Forms, Form E, and payroll reconciliation.
- Liaise with government agencies such as LHDN, EPF, PERKESO, HRD Corp, and other authorities when required.
- Review and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in payroll system implementation, testing, or process automation initiatives.
- Guide and mentor junior payroll executives when necessary.
- Perform other payroll and administrative duties assigned by management.
