• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues
  
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
  
• Implement and maintain network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems)
  
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansion
  
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups
  
• Collaborate with IT teams on disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations
  
• Provide 3rd-level technical support and escalation management
  
• Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and vendors
  
• Manage relationships with ISPs and network hardware vendors
  
• Mentor junior network/IT staff
• Experience with Cisco or similar enterprise networking equipment
• Proficiency in network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS
• CCNP/CCNA required; CCIE, JNCIP, or CompTIA Network+ an advantage

Requirements:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
