- Job Summary
Swift Capital Insurance Brokers is looking for Sales Agents responsible for selling insurance products, developing new markets, managing customer relationships, and achieving individual sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities
Provide professional advice in line with customer needs and compliance requirements.
Sell the company’s range of insurance products.
Develop, track, and achieve individual performance targets.
Operate within assigned markets and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Handle customer complaints by investigating issues and providing appropriate solutions.
Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
- Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing Management, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
Strong teamwork skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good command of English.
