In this role, you will build strong partnerships across the early years sector, deliver training and professional learning, facilitate referrals and connections to support services, and contribute to continuous service improvement. Your work will help create welcoming, inclusive kindergarten environments where all children can participate, develop, and transition successfully into school and the wider community.

This is a part-time permanent position (4 days per week) with an hourly rate between $61.73 and $63.24 per hour, plus superannuation.

Benefits of working with us:

  • 20 weeks paid primary caregiver leave (6 weeks for secondary caregivers) plus other generous leave options such as volunteer leave, family planning, study assistance and menstrual and menopause leave.

  • Novated lease vehicle options.

Experience and skills we’re looking for

  • Experience working in early childhood education, inclusion support, child development or a related field.
  • Knowledge of inclusive practices and strategies that support children with additional needs.
  • Understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Experience providing coaching, mentoring or professional support to educators or other professionals.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with children, families, educators and community stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to discuss sensitive matters with empathy and confidence.
  • Experience identifying support needs and connecting families with appropriate services and referral pathways.
  • The ability to plan, organise and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong record-keeping, reporting and administrative skills, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about emerging research, and improving outcomes for children and families.
