About the role
As our People Solutions Advisor, you'll be the engine room of the People & Culture team.
You'll play a key role in delivering a reliable, responsive, and people-focused HR service by managing employee lifecycle processes, supporting HR systems, maintaining accurate data, coordinating onboarding, and helping employees and leaders navigate People Solutions processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and departures.
- Prepare employment contracts, variation letters and HR documentation.
- Become a go-to expert for SuccessFactors processes and employee records.
- Support workforce reporting, audits and data quality initiatives.
- Partner with Payroll and HR Systems to ensure employee changes are processed accurately and on time.
- Improve templates, resources and self-service tools that make life easier for employees and leaders.
- Contribute to people projects, culture initiatives, recognition programs and employee experience improvements.

- Experience using Enterprise HR systems and confident with technology in general
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience maintaining employee records and preparing employment documentation.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline (desirable).
