who we are
BBT Breaking Barriers & Thrive is an outreach service specialising in mental health/disability and psychosocial recovery wellness. We work alongside each person and not just focus on their mental health diagnosis but help identify the barrier preventing the individual’s emotional well-being empowering people to have control over their lives.
BBT’s stance is that everything is possible when support is given for people to engage in community life, breaking down social barriers that control and restrict people’s lives.
Our services are individualised, person-centred, a social rights-based model recovery, emphasising on the person's strengths and goals on their terms for their lifestyles.
We believe in rewarding quality and pay above award rate.
