Job Description

Run the coffee bar day to day — prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas and beverages to a consistent standard for members and event guests
Own bar operations: stock ordering, supplier liaison, wastage control, equipment cleaning and maintenance, and daily opening and closing
Develop and refine the drinks menu and pricing, and drive bar sales through event tabs, member offers and seasonal items
Host and look after guests, members and visitors throughout the day, keeping the space warm, tidy and welcoming
Support event days alongside the wider team — beverage service, setup and teardown, and briefing casual crew when needed
