Clare , We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment, facilities, and operational systems. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance personnel across mechanical, electrical, and technical functions. Plan, organize, and monitor work schedules to ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of maintenance activities. Coordinate with management, operational teams, and external service providers to address maintenance requirements and support business operations. Assess workforce requirements and contribute to resource planning to meet operational needs. Monitor maintenance performance and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on departmental activities and performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reliability, efficiency, and service quality. Assist in the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Requirements: Previous experience in maintenance supervision, facilities management, industrial maintenance, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of maintenance planning and operational processes. Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records. Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external contractors. Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Ireland
