Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and optimize maintenance operations. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, improving operational efficiency, and leading a team of technicians through structured maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs - Plan and prioritize corrective maintenance to minimize downtime - Drive continuous improvement and reliability projects (lean, TPM, root cause analysis) - Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities - Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels - Oversee procurement and vendor coordination - Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs effectively - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards - Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems
Qualifications & Experience - Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or coordination - Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems - Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments - Familiarity with CMMS and data-driven maintenance approaches - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) is a plus - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Machine Availability / Uptime - Preventive Maintenance Compliance - Number of Projects Successfully Delivered
Core Competencies - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities - Team leadership and development
