Main FTTH Technician

• FTTH installation and activation for residential and enterprise customers.
• Fiber optic splicing, jointing, termination, and testing.
• OTDR & OPM testing, signal tracing, and fault resolution.
• ONT configuration, OLT activation, and router installation.
• Indoor & outdoor cabling and customer premises equipment (CPE) setup.
• Fiber troubleshooting, attenuation checks, and connectivity restoration.
• Backbone support, cabinet patching, and JC identification.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of GPON and fiber networks.
• Lead field teams during fiber deployment and network maintenance activities.

Requirement.

• The main technician must have knowledge on Safaricom fiber.
