Serves as a Senior Logistics advisor and Subject Matter Expert for Petroleum Logistics, Infrastructure sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM). Manages, monitors, evaluates, and coordinates the execution of assigned SRM and Military Construction (MILCON) programs. Evaluates the progress of assigned plans and projects in attaining SRM and MILCON program objectives. Develops, coordinates and implements short and long-range SRM plans and functions. Ensures the compliance of functional and supporting organizations by establishing and monitoring milestones, performance criteria, goals and metrics. Advises management on the accomplishment of assigned programs and the resolution of critical problems. Responsible for the cradle to grave management of all projects assigned.
