Qualifications and RequirementsAcademic and Professional Qualifications and KnowledgeBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Humanitarian Affairs, or a related fieldFluency in written and spoken English, French is a strong assetGood understanding of humanitarian logistics and supply chain management principlesYears and Nature of ExperienceMinimum 7 years of progressive experience in humanitarian logistics and/or supply chain managementStrong field experience in complex or insecure operational environmentsExperience in logistics coordination, supply coordination, or technical advisory/support functionsExperience supporting multiple projects, missions, or regional operations is an assetDemonstrated experience in operational support, problem solving, logistics and supply systems implementation, emergency response support, in capacity building, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.Previous MSF experience is strongly preferred and experience working in interdependent or matrix organisational settings is an asset.
