You will monitor and assist network operators in the performance of fault management on the systems and networks in order to reduce down time or outages relevant to mission performance. You will coordinate with the divisional military supervisors in developing and maintaining technical and operational policy concerning personnel management to ensure adequate qualified manning. You will gather data, analyzes, identify fault isolations and repairs. You will manage capacity planning and prediction modeling to include resource utilization to ensure that sufficient capacity exists and is available. You will interpret or develop policy, instructions and provide authoritative guidance.
