Job Description

Be willing to expose yourself to hands-on trainings to gain a better understanding on how a start-up business works
Support e-commerce operations related tasks (e.g. customer and seller operations, monitor order fulfillment status & platform management)
Manage queries from both B2C and B2B stakeholders
Assist with product and inventory management
Work and coordinate with the team to resolve problems
Hybrid schedule workplace! Work from home/remotely for most days and meet at office once a week as we practise flexibility working arrangement.
