Job Description

Assist in designing event branding materials such as posters, banners, backdrops, stage visuals, flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
Create visual content for social media marketing, promotional campaigns, and event announcements.
Support creative development for event themes, mood boards, and concept visuals.
Prepare and adapt designs into multiple formats for print and digital use.
Assist in video and motion graphic content creation for event teasers, highlights, and presentations.
Collaborate with event planners to ensure designs align with client objectives and event direction.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas
Maintain organized design files and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Assist with basic on-site creative setup when needed (visual placements, LED graphics support, etc.).
