Job Description

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support project planning, system integration, testing, deployment, and implementation while ensuring network solutions satisfy technical and mission requirements. You will administer configuration management activities by documenting system changes, maintaining configuration records, tracking software versions, and preserving complete audit histories throughout the system lifecycle. You will provide technical guidance during system testing, conduct user training, support quality assurance activities, and ensure new or updated network capabilities are fully prepared for successful operational deployment. You will monitor network performance, evaluate system capacity, resolve complex technical issues, and recommend improvements that strengthen reliability, security, and the overall effectiveness of enterprise network services.
