About the role
The HR & Operations Administrator role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation’s day-to-day business. This position splits its focus between managing payroll, HR administration, coordinating organisational logistics, workplace health and safety (WHS), and facilities management. Collaborating closely with the HR Manager, IT, Accounts and Program Managers, this role aims to streamline internal administrative processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment across all Weave sites.
