53.3342666625977;-6.35821914672852;THORNTONS RECYCLING HEAD OFF. , Unit S3B , Henry Road , Dublin 12 , D12 AC2X Padraig Thornton Waste Disposal Limited t/a Thorntons Recycling is currently recruiting experienced HGV Drivers to join our transport team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of heavy goods vehicles in the collection, transport, and delivery of recyclable materials and waste from commercial and industrial customers to designated processing facilities. The role includes carrying out daily vehicle checks, ensuring loads are secured appropriately, completing required documentation, and liaising with customers and site personnel where necessary. The ideal candidate must hold a valid HGV driving licence, up-to-date CPC certification, and have a minimum of three years’ experience driving heavy goods vehicles. Candidates must demonstrate safe driving practices, maintain their vehicle to a high standard, work both independently and as part of a team, and adhere strictly to company health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
