Head Marketing & Brand – Cimas Health Group (Pvt) Ltd

Job Summary

Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated Head of Marketing and Brand. The role is responsible for brand stewardship, campaign management, digital marketing execution, stakeholder engagement and market intelligence, ensuring alignment with the Group Marketing Strategy and business growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Developing annual marketing plans aligned to business priorities.* Translating strategic objectives into measurable campaigns and marketing activities.* Maintaining and strengthening the Cimas corporate and subsidiary brands.* Ensuring compliance with brand architecture, identity standards and guidelines.* Leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.* Overseeing the management of digital marketing channels.* Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.* Managing and monitoring all Corporate Marketing properties such as websites.* Managing, updating, and maintaining content on the websites.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

* First degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience or equivalent.* Postgraduate degree (such as an MBA).* 6–8 years’ experience in Marketing, Branding, Sales, Product Development or a similar field, with a minimum of 5 years at a management level.
