Implements the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for distribution operations functions and documents the Service Provider’s (SP’s) eligibility requirements for assignments. Evaluates the SP’s compliance with distribution operational requirements. Prepares and presents briefings to Distribution Depot Command Staff. Interprets distribution operations performance requirements, performance standards and measurements.
