Selection Criteria
We’re seeking a fundraiser who is passionate about gender equality, innovative, willing to learn new skills, and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Essential
- 3 years’ experience in fundraising, supporter care, administration, or a related not-for-profit role.
- Strong attention to detail, with experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce NPSP preferred) and supporter data.
- Demonstrated experience supporting fundraising campaigns, appeals or supporter programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of audiences.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to process improvements.
Highly Desirable
- Experience using digital fundraising or marketing platforms such as Funraisin, Mailchimp, WordPress or similar.
- Familiarity with digital analytics or advertising platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads).
- Experience writing appeal and campaign copy.
- Experience working with financial data, reconciliation, or budgets.
- Basic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva).
- Experience with advanced Excel functions (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, macros).
