We are an NDIS provider based in Chadstone and we provide home support and outings to clients living with a disability. We focus on providing active support, enhancing life skills, and assisting in daily living, outings by helping our participants reaching their NDIS goals.

What we need
- Preferred Having an Australian Driver’s Licence
- Relevant Industry Certifications or willing to obtain them
- NDIS worker screening check
- ID check
- Working with Children's Check
- Two Professional References
- First Aid and CPR
- Willing to drive your own car for client support
